Director of Development, Acquisitions, and Leasing
Mr. Varner brings over thirty years of commercial real estate experience to OBK, having acted as an owner and principal in several Utah-based real estate development, brokerage, and property management companies. A licensed MAI appraiser, broker and general contractor, Mr. Varner has spent his entire career in the development, acquisition, disposition, financing, management, and leasing of shopping centers. Mr. Varner also regularly serves as an expert witness on property valuation matters. Having consulted with OBK on various real estate projects for the last fifteen years, Mr. Varner formally joined the company in 2008.
