Mr. Kiernan is responsible for the property management aspect of OBK, overseeing the firm’s day-to-day real estate operations. Mr. Kiernan also maintains the firm’s corporate and accounting operations, in addition to working with OBK’s suppliers and vendors. Mr. Kiernan has been with OBK since 1984.
