Ms. Sperring has been involved in all areas of the corporation throughout her fifteen years with OBK. During her tenure, she has served as General Counsel, and later as Vice President, oversaw the firm's transition into the acquisition and development of triple net properties. Currently, Ms. Sperring is responsible for the firm’s financial structure, including all finance, accounting, and tax matters. Ms. Sperring also manages the firm’s real estate loan portfolio. Ms. Sperring, an attorney, practiced business litigation at the law firm of Lewis, D’Amato, Brisbois and Bisgaard, before joining OBK.
