Mr. Sperring is responsible for setting the strategic goals and objectives of the company, overseeing the firm's acquisitions, development, and leasing projects, as well as managing the organization’s resources and capital. Mr. Sperring, as Chair, is also responsible for the operations and administration of the Board. Mr. Sperring, an attorney, is a former partner with the law firms of Crosby, Heafey, Roach & May and Lillick & Charles, where he practiced for eleven years in corporate and real estate litigation. Mr. Sperring joined OBK in 2000.
